My Arrest and Court Proceedings In Municipal Court For What Was Deemed A Threat
On January 15th 2020, in the early evening, the Montreal Municipal Police came to my rooming/boarding house apartment and arrested me for uttering a threat over the phone directed to the Governor General. I packed a small canvas bag of toiletries, my Bible and a few small things and was escorted into a Police Cruiser where I was taken to a Police Station somewhere in the city. I had to remove certain clothing and take the shoe lases off my shoes. All without causing a fuss while co-operating fully. I arrived in the police station and processed and was able to call a
lawyer Trying to sleep on a hard wooden bench in a police jail cell is not so easy. Laying awake all night with no position comfortable and worrying about Court proceedings, I did not know what to make of it once again. If I remember right breakfast consisted of juice and a muffin, then off in the paddy wagon to a court house holding cell hand cuffed. Being a "W" for my name, I knew I had to wait all day to be in Court. Everyone in Montreal that has been through the Court knows lunch, I will leave the Menu for others to find out the hard way. When my Time in Court was near I was transferred from the main holding cell to the one out side the Court room where I waited patiently to appear in front of the Judge. Handcuffed all the way through with except for in a cell, my time came to see the Lawyer before Court and I was let out of the cell to speak to female Lawyer that was in Court from the law firm I deal with.. ?When I got to appear in Court in front of the Judge I was handcuffed and the Crown Prosecutor asked to have me held. Let Court records stimulate my memory. Any way I was to be held in prison until I was to appear in Court next with my Lawyer as she built a defence. So off to the holding cell to wait to get transport to a Montreal prison to be held until the following week for my next day in Court.

{Things are changing in my controlled environment,I am constantly being sabotaged in here just like the outside world, but I am working closely with staff to solve the problem.}
When I appeared in Court again, the Crown Prosecutor had a prison Psychiatrists report that stated that I should be evaluated to see if I was fit to stand trial, out of this I was to be held in Montreal's psychiatric prison for one month evaluation to determine for the Courts if I was fit to stand trial and cop a plea.. So off I went in time to a psychiatric prison for a full psychiatric evaluation by a professional team and a psychiatric prison Psychiatrist who is an authoritarian on such matters.. To save all the glory details I past the time in the Psychiatric prison doing my art, playing the chess games, with other patients and Therapists, going swimming in the pool, weight lifting, reading books and of course eating well. After my month in the psychiatric prison passing the time constructively, it was time to go to Court again transported by Montreal urban Police van with others that had to appear in Court the same day.. When my time came to appear in Court in front of the Judge again, it went swift and fast, the Prison Psychiatrist's report was given and it was determined I was fit to stand trial and was to re-appear a week later to determine my fate. It was back to the Psychiatric Prison for a week as my Lawyer booked a Court date with the Crown and the Judge. So it was back to the psychiatric prison for a week until my sentencing hearing. after coping a plea. The week past soon enough and I was back in Court again where my Lawyer more or less cut a deal with the Crown Prosecutor and I got off the hook a bit through article 16 of the mental health act. It was determined and recommended that I go to a public psychiatric hospital as a stepping stone to being released by the Tribunal Administratiff of Quebec.
